"I'll never learn to understand you, will I?"
"I hope not. All the mystery and magic would be gone. And by that I mean confusion and head-scratching."

Thanks! This painting took me about a month to finish. Right now, its hanging in my Mom and Dad's dinning room. They love the rustic lodge style, and so do I.

Why thank you, I'm glad you like it. The moose took me a long time to finish about a month. I really like your paintings, their so AWESOME! What kind of paint do you use? Which painting took you the longest to finish?

Thanks. I generally use oil, because i have been using it for a long time. I also use acrilyc, but it's drying too fast. I like to share colors to create shading tones ; it's almost impossible with acrilyc. I drew the animals in my gallery with acrilyc, because i don't need to create so much shading tones. But i drew the faces and portraits with oil to share colors(except Marie-mai, to try). I also like color pencils.
Acrylic takes more time to finish. The advantages of acrylic are the brillant colors and the use of water (and it's drying fast).

Yeah I know, but sometimes I like it to dry fast, so I can be finished and have it framed lol. I've painted What a Lighthouse with oils and it gave me a headache, I was even outside. How do you keep the paint fumes from getting to you? There are some ups and downs with acrylics, my art teacher told me that it lasts longer than oils, the colors don't fade over time, that's a good thing. Even though it may take me a month to finish or even 5 months to finish, I like how it turns out at the end.
